She lives with her husband, Jeff, on Bull Mountain in Tigard, where they raised their two sons, Bryce and Derek, who went on to attend the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, respectively. Outside of work, Julie enjoys painting, interior design, and serving as President of the Gamma Phi Beta Portland Alumnae Chapter.
